After you complete the pre-enrollment form using the link above, you will receive an email within 7–10 days with instructions to finish the registration process and submit all required documents.

If you need assistance with registration, we will be having 3 in-person registration days at 31 Hazel St. Morristown. Please see dates below.

*Please note that the MSD Preschool Program has a strict attendance policy. If your child is absent for 10 consecutive school days for anything other than medical reasons, they may lose their spot.

Placement Process

 

Registration Requirements

  1. Students must  have attained the age of 3 or 4 years old on or before October 1.
  2. Parents or legal guardians must reside in Morristown or Morris Township and prove residency. 
  3. The following documentation is required:
    • Child's birth certificate
    • 3  bills 
    • Lease or deed
    • Parent ID
  4. Medical documentation
    • Physical (must be less than a year old at the start of school)
    •  Updated immunizations
    • Proof of a dental visit
